There has been dramatic rise in recent years of one of the most deadly forms of esophageal cancer (adenocarcinoma), and the obesity epidemic is related.
Vanderbilt-Ingram’s William Blot has done key research on these issues and was recently featured in both a WebMD article and an Audio Medica podcast. He discusses not just the research, but also ways to prevent such cancers.
